Vivs

Vivs specialises in digital strategies and social media management following a varied career in across the UK. Skills include creating, resourcing and curating engaging relevant content for clients. Vivs writes blogs, plans social media activity and helps businesses achieve more with their online activity. Vivs also specialises in creating marketing strategies for small businesses and customer relationship management.  

Prior to establishing L&F in 2017 Vivs worked with the RSA delivering participation and volunteering strategies for members and supporters. Vivs managed a team delivering and supporting over 300+ events annually with RSA members. She also developed a series of social media surgeries across the UK working with digital experts and RSA members, developing local governance, and creating the successful RSA Engage networking events.

A background in an event and project management, governance, sponsorship and business development. Social media management is her forte and her passion.  Vivs is an active supporter of arts organisations including Holmfirth Film Festival and Huddersfield Thespians.  

Jim

Jim specialises in social media, internet, affiliate and network marketing. Currently, Jim focuses on copywriting, content development including case studies and blogs, email newsletter campaigns. Jim regularly talks and speaks on social media and digital activity at events and with groups. 

Previously also has experience of eCommerce having run a successful jewellery business for several years. A trained management account rising to Finance Director Jim advises clients on small business planning, financial forecasting, accounting plus corporate fundraising. He still dips his toe in financial management for a number of clients.

Having worked for a number of companies across the Midlands and North West his favourite social media platforms are LinkedIn and Facebook. specialises in digital strategies and social media management. Following a varied career in London, Birmingham, Manchester and now based in Yorkshire.
